Blackberry Bourbon Bramble with Chambord

Fall in a Glass!

When the leaves start to change and the crisp fall air rolls in, nothing hits quite like a cocktail that’s equal parts cozy and refreshing. Enter the Blackberry Bourbon Bramble — a fall-inspired sip featuring Chambord, a French black raspberry liqueur known for its rich, sweet, and fruity taste with notes of vanilla, citrus, and cognac.

This cocktail is the perfect companion for football Sundays, bonfires, or those cozy nights in with a good book.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. bourbon
  • ½ oz Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup (or maple syrup for extra fall flavor)
  • Fresh blackberries & lemon slice for garnish

The Directions:

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine bourbon, Chambord, lemon juice, and syrup.
  2. Shake until chilled and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a few fresh blackberries and a lemon slice.
  4. Optional: add a sprig of rosemary for an extra autumn touch.

Smooth, slightly sweet, and layered with fall flavors, this cocktail is a must-try for the season.
